Keyword List Installation Steps

Importing the keywords into Lightroom or Aperture is very simple and quick. The zip file you downloaded after purchasing the product contains 3 files:

1. The keywords list file (text file)
2. End user license agreement.
3. Installation steps pointing to this web page.

Unzip (extract) the .zip file on your desktop, you can move its content later to another location as a backup.

For Lightroom users:

1. Launch Lightroom 2.x or 3.x
2. Go to the Metadata menu and select "Import Keywords"
   
   
   
   
3. Select the keywords file you unzipped earlier, it came inside your purchased package (in the zip file).
4. Lightroom might take a few seconds to load and import the keywords. Once it's done, you should see a new category name in your "Keywords List" panel on the right.
   
   
   
   
   
5. You're done!

For Lightroom users:

1. Launch Aperture 2.x or 3.x
2. Click on the "Keywords" icon in the top icon bar in Aperture.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Select the keywords file you unzipped earlier, it came inside your purchased package (in the zip file).
   
   
   
   
   
4. Aperture might take a few seconds to load and import the keywords. Once it's done, you should see a new category name in your "Keywords " window.
5. You're done!
